What are the hours available for event rentals?
9 a.m — 12 a.m. (midnight), available every day of the week.
How many bathrooms do you have?
5 total. One is located in the Loft, two are in the Suites and two are mobile (on a trailer) and can be moved.
How many kitchens do you have?
2 total. One is located in the Loft and one is located in the Suites. The kitchens are equipped with 4-burner stoves, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee bar.
What does the wedding rehearsal entail?
Indoor dining area for up to 40 guests for dinner with full kitchen, round or long tables, and folding chairs. Access to the outdoor pavilion.
What are the catering guidelines? Do you allow outside catering? Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, outside catering is allowed. Yes, alcohol is allowed on the premises for no additional cost. Event insurance is required for all events.
What are the decorations guidelines?
We request no permanent alterations (e.g. drilling holes, painting, etc.) to be made to any of the facilities. Guests are to clean up and remove all their decorations and trash by end of package time.
How many tables and chairs do you have?
For the outdoor pavilion, we have 200 white folding chairs. For the rehearsal dinner or reception, we have 5 round tables, 13 long tables and 50 folding chairs.
